Beats has announced the launch of a new audio product today. The company, which is now a part of Apple, today launched the latest Powerbeats 3 Wireless earbuds. These earbuds feature Apple’s W1 wireless chip, they are actually the second audio product available on the market right now to feature the W1 wireless chip.

All Powerbeats3 Wireless units are shipped with four sets of eartips. Integrated controls will enable users to easily launch Siri, control music, and take phone calls as and when required.

Beats says that these new earbuds are capable of providing a battery life of up to 12 hours on a single charge. They also have a Fast Fuel feature which provides enough charge for an hour after just five minutes of being plugged in. It’s great for those gym sessions, particularly when you just have a few minutes to charge your earbuds.

Since the latest Powerbeats 3 feature the W1 chip, they can be easily paired with Apple devices and will also offer greater range. Class 1 Bluetooth, which is utilized by this product, provides a range of up to 400 feet which is significantly greater than the 33 feet of range provided by the majority of Bluetooth products.

The Powerbeats 3 Wireless earbuds can be purchased via Apple’s online store for $199.95 in black, white, blue, yellow, and red colors. Shipments will start after November 1st.
