Ubisoft is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year by offering PC gamers seven different games every month. This promotion kicked off earlier this year with Prince of Persia The Sands of Time back in June. October brings a new title for PC gamers who are looking forward to a new free game from Ubisoft each month. Beyond Good & Evil is the latest addition to this list. This promotion will continue until December.

After kicking things off with Prince of Persia, Ubisoft released Splinter Cell free for PC gamers in July. August brought Rayman Origins while The Crew was released last month. Ubisoft is releasing Beyond Good & Evil for free this month. The game will only be free for a limited time on PC.

“Beyond Good and Evil is a unique game in Ubisoft history: created by Michel Ancel, this game is the most beloved game of our communities,” Ubisoft says. The game was originally released in 2003 and Ubisoft describes it as a creative bet that took all trends in reverse direction. The protagonist in this title is a young girl who had both the skills and the wits to defeat challenges.

A sequel to the original game was first announced back in 2010 but there hasn’t been any word about it so far. Ubisoft only confirmed last week that Michel Ancel is working with Ubisoft Montpellier on a new Beyond Good & Evil game. No further details are available about that title at this point in time.
