fujifilm_x-a1If you wanted an affordable mirrorless cameras, there are several options to choose from, Fujifilm’s X-A1 from 2013 and the recently launched X-A3 are some pretty decent options. However with the X-A1 being marked as discontinued by some retailers, word on the street has it that Fujifilm might have a newer model in the works called the X-A10.

According to Fuji Rumors, they have managed to get their hands on some of the alleged specs of the camera. This includes a 16MP sensor, it will have a normal LCD display with no touchscreen functionality, it is expected to be launched in November, and it is also rumored to be priced cheaper than the X-A3. The X-A3 is currently being sold on Amazon for $600 with the kit lens, so if the rumors are true, expect the X-A10 to be lower than that.

Other than that not much else is known. We do know that it exists, thanks to Digicame-Info who reported that the camera has recently been registered at the South Korean Radio Research Agency, and given the rumors of a November launch we guess it makes sense. No specific dates have been mentioned but with November being about a week or so away, we guess we won’t have to wait much longer to find out the official details.
