Samsung introduced a new color option with the Galaxy Note 7 called Blue Coral. It looked so much better than the sharp blue shades that we’ve seen on previous Samsung handsets, it was actually one of the best performing colors for the new flagship. Now that the flagship is no more, Samsung has decided to offer this option with one of its best performing devices. The company has confirmed when it’s going to release the Galaxy S7 edge in Blue Coral.

Blue Coral might have just remained exclusive to the Galaxy Note 7 had Samsung not had to cancel the device due to its battery problems. Launching one of the most sought after colors for one of its most sought after devices just might help the company plug some of the lost sales it’s having to suffer because of the Galaxy Note 7.

We first saw a leaked image of the Galaxy S7 edge in Blue Coral a couple of weeks ago, the handset’s shell had a Verizon logo which suggests that this color option might make its way to the United States as well.

Samsung Singapore has confirmed when the Galaxy S7 edge Blue Coral is going to be out and how much it’s going to cost. In a press release, the company said that the Galaxy S7 edge Blue Coral is going to be released on November 5th and that the 32GB version is going to cost roughly $800.

Samsung Global is yet to confirm when the handset will be available with this color option in other markets across the globe.
