call-of-duty-modern-warfare-remastered-screenshot-03The other day Activision published the minimum hardware specs you would need to run Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on your computer. However if you are planning to play the remastered version of Modern Warfare as well, know that the specs required for the game are slightly different and are actually not as demanding.

For starters the minimum specs for the processor are an Intel Core i3-530 clocked at 2.93 GHz, or an AMD Phenom II X4 810 clocked at 2.80 GHz. In the RAM department, we’re looking at least 6GB of RAM (versus the 8GB for Infinite Warfare), and 55GB of storage space for the installation of the game.

As for its GPU, if you have an NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 with 1GB of VRAM, or an ATI Radeon HD 7850 with 1GB of VRAM or better, then you should be good to go. That being said if you can run Infinite Warfare, there’s a pretty good chance you can run the remastered version of Modern Warfare as well.

That being said, we should remind gamers that Modern Warfare will be bundled with Infinite Warfare, so you don’t have to worry about having to purchase it separately. Both Infinite and Modern Warfare are set for a release on the 4th of November.
