ps4-controllersSo far when it comes to bundled controllers, both Sony and Microsoft have done a great job with their releases. However as most of you guys know, buying official products can be expensive, which is why there are some gamers who have resorted to third-party accessories that are usually a cheaper alternative.

Now if you’re looking for third-party controllers for the PS4, Sony has recently taken the wraps off two controllers: the Razer Raiju and the Nacon Revolution, both of which are officially licensed third-party controllers designed for Sony’s PS4 family which includes the original PS4, the PS4 Slim, and the upcoming PS4 Pro.

Both controllers are obviously designed quite differently from each other. Starting with the Razer Raiju, some of its key features include two extra bumpers and two extra detachable triggers. There is a built-in control panel on the front, trigger-stop switches and hair trigger mode for faster response. There is also two custom profiles that lets users swap around on the fly, and detachable analogue stick rubber caps.

As for the Nacon Revolution, it features 46-degree amplitude dual analogue sticks, four extra shortcut buttons, an eight-way directional pad, and four custom profiles. There are also two internal compartments that allow users to attach/remove additional weights to create a more balanced feel. Both the Razer Raiju and the Nacon Revolution are expected to be launched this holiday season, but there is no word on pricing just yet.
