Apple unveiled its wireless AirPods a couple of months ago. It promised to start shipping them soon only to end up delaying the release. The company hasn’t said yet when it’s going to start shipping AirPods but recent reports have suggested that they are still on track for a 2016 release. Word on the street is that Apple AirPods will be released in about a week from now.

Apple initially said that the AirPods would be released in “late October” but when it confirmed the delay, it said that it just needed “a little more time.” The company is yet to officially confirm a new release date for the AirPods.

Ever since the delay was confirmed, the AirPods have been listed as “currently unavailable” on the company’s website. However, a new report suggests that this might change in the coming week. The report claims that employees at a reseller in Europe have confirmed that the AirPods will be in stock starting November 17th so customers will be able to purchase them the very next day.

There’s always the possibility of information from third-party sources being incorrect so until there’s official word from Samsung, just keep your fingers crossed for a November 18th release, but we can’t really be sure about this until Apple says something.
