Google has a habit of providing incentives with each purchase of the Chromecast dongle and it’s back with yet another incentive. It’s a really good one. Customers who purchase last year’s Chromecast or the recently launched Chromecast Ultra will now get free HBO Now for three months. The purchase has to be made within a month from now in order to be eligible for this incentive.

Any and all customers who purchase Chromecast or Chromecast Ultra will receive a free three-month subscription to HBO Now, the cable giant’s standalone streaming service which offers live streaming of the linear channel as well as access to HBO’s huge library of on-demand content.

Customers just need to make sure that they purchase the Chromecast device starting today and until December 24th in order to be eligible for this incentive which can be redeemed at any time until January 8th, 2017.

There is a caveat here, though. This is only good for those who don’t have a subscription to HBO Now. If you already subscribe to the service and purchase a new Chromecast device now, you’re not going to receive the free three-month subscription.

The Chromecast and Chromecast Ultra are both available for purchase from Google’s online store.
