Over the past month or two, teaser videos of the upcoming Ghost in the Shell movie have been released, with the latest teaser last week showing off Scarlett Johansson wearing the character’s signature thermoptic suit. However if the short teasers weren’t enough for you, you’re in luck because the official full trailer has since been released.

As expected from the earlier trailers, the full trailer shows off a rather trippy-looking movie, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. There is also a bit of action in which we can see Johansson’s character fighting some people, and we also get to see more of that thermoptic suit in action which is one of the character’s more signature looks.

While there were some complaints about the movie being whitewashed due to the casting of Johansson as Major, we have to say that the trailer does look good and seems promising. Of course whether or not the movie will live up to the hype and stay true to the anime remains to be seen, but hopefully that will be the case.

Ghost in the Shell will also star the likes of Michael Pitt and Juliette Binoche and will be released come 31st of March, 2017.
