htc-10-evo-inviteIt wasn’t too long ago that the HTC Bolt was officially revealed. However prior to its official launch, there were rumors that there could be a HTC 10 evo in the works and that it could be the handset’s official name, although later reports suggested that the HTC 10 evo might simply be the name HTC uses for international models.

That being said, when will the HTC 10 evo be launched in international markets? Turns out it could be in the next few days. Taiwanese website Sogi (via PhoneArena) recently showed off a press invite to an event that HTC will be hosting in Taiwan. The event is marked for the 22nd of November, and while it doesn’t highlight any device in particular, the timing of the event and the launch of the HTC Bolt has led to speculation that we could be looking at the HTC 10 evo’s unveiling.

Not to mention the design of the invite seems to show water droplets that makes allusions to the HTC Bolt’s IP57 rating. That being said, we can only imagine that the HTC 10 evo will pack pretty much the same hardware under the hood as the HTC Bolt, and that the only difference would be its availability, which should find its way to global markets, and its name.

Other than that the rest of the specs will remain pretty much the same. In any case for our readers not in the US, do check back with us next Tuesday for the details.
