htc-boltWe have been hearing rumors about a certain HTC Bolt (or HTC 10 evo) for a while now, but there’s one question that remains and that is when will the handset be launched? The good news is that we might not have to wait much longer because according to the latest rumors, the HTC Bolt is expected to be launched by the end of this month.

Now of course there’s no way of knowing if the rumors are true, but given that the handset has been talked about for a while now and we’ve seen the leaked renders, we’re guessing that an official announcement shouldn’t be too far behind, but there has not been any kind of indication from HTC so far.

In terms of specs, we have heard the rumors that the phone will be powered by last year’s Qualcomm flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 810. There are also rumors of it sporting a 5.5-inch display, but its resolution was being debated at either being Full HD or QHD, so that still remains to be seen. It is also possible that the headphone jack could have been removed.

In any case we guess we’ll have to no choice but to wait and see. Last we heard the phone could be headed to Sprint, although we can’t confirm if it will be a carrier exclusive, but hopefully we’ll have the official details soon.
