marshall-mid-bluetoothMusicians are probably very familiar with Marshall, the brand that is typically associated with amplifiers. However in recent years the company has branched out to offer other kinds of audio products, such as headphones and regular speakers, and the company has recently taken the wraps off its latest offering: the Marshall Mid Bluetooth.

As the name implies, these are a pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones. For those who are looking to cut the cord, this is one of the many options available to you, although we should note that these are an on-ear design, meaning that the earcups will sit on your ears instead of over them. This distinction is particularly important as over-ear headphones tend to offer better sound staging and sound isolation, but at the end of the day it boils down to personal preference.

The choice to make these on-ear also means that they have a smaller profile which makes it easier to bring them around with you. The headphones will feature 40mm drivers and supposedly features a 30 hour battery life, which is pretty impressive as it means that it should last you quite a while, unless you’re a very heavy listener.

The headphones will also come bundled with a 3.5mm cable which means that should you run out of juice, you’ll be able to keep using them just fine. If you think that these are a pair of headphones you might be interested in, they are available through a variety of retailers where they will be priced at $200.
