A couple of Call of Duty titles will soon be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is a brand new title in this lucrative franchise and it’s accompanied by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered on both PS4 and Xbox One. The titles will been released for compatible platforms soon and today the minimum file sizes required on consoles has been confirmed. You absolutely need to have this much space if you’re looking to install the game on your PS4 or Xbox One.

Activision said previously that players would require a whopping 130GB of free space on their console to download Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered, however, the actual download sizes are less than that.

That’s because Activision gave an aggregate figure of 130GB which also includes DLC and future patches, so even though the games will require a significant amount of space at launch, it’s not going to be as high as 130GB.

PlayStation 4 owners will find that the file size for Infinite Warfare varies between 44.6GB to 53.6GB depending on their region while Modern Warfare Remastered requires 37.2GB. Xbox One owners will need 52.1GB for the new title while Modern Warfare Remastered will need 45.86GB. The games can now be pre-loaded on both consoles.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered will be released for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 4th.
