TuneIn Radio provides access to a wide variety of streaming audio content. There are podcasts available about sports, news, music, and more. Millions of people use this app to tune into those podcasts on a daily basis and they will now be happy to know that the app makes it easier for them to catch up on their favorite podcasts when they’re without an internet connection.

An update has been sent out today for the TuneIn Radio app which enables offline listening for podcasts. The feature does precisely what the name suggests. It allows users to save podcasts so that they can listen to them whenever they want, even if they’re not connected to the internet.

Users will now be able to download new episodes easily through the podcast’s profile page. They will need to connect to Wi-Fi before the episodes can be downloaded as the app doesn’t allow downloading of new episodes over cellular internet.

Once the episodes have been downloaded, they can be found in the “favorites” section of the TuneIn Radio app. Users can then listen to their podcasts from here whenever they want without having to worry about needing an internet connection.

This feature is now live for both free and paid versions of TuneIn.
