As part of their Xbox Live Gold membership, Xbox owners get access to free games every month. Microsoft confirms the lineup about a week from the coming month and that’s what it has done today. The company today confirmed the Xbox Games with Gold lineup for December 2016. Two free games each will be provided for free to Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners with an Xbox Live Gold members, there’s an added benefit for Xbox One owners.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, a $29.99, will be available December 1st-31st for free on Xbox One. It will be followed by the $19.99 Outlast from December 16th to January 15th. Both of these games will be available free for Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One.

Outland, a $9.99 game, will be free for Xbox 360 from December 1st-15th while the $14.99 Burnout Paradise will be available from December 16th-31st. Since both of these games are backwards compatible they will also be available for free to Xbox One owners.

These free games have to be downloaded in the dates mentioned above. Players will then be able to keep the games for as long as they like. So even if they don’t immediately have the time to play these free games, it wouldn’t hurt to download them and check them out at a later date.
