If you have ever searched for answers to your questions on the internet, there’s a good chance that you’ll have come across Yahoo Answers in which your question, or a question that’s similar, has been asked and answered by internet users. Now it looks like there is finally a dedicated mobile app for it.
We should note that the app has been in testing under a different name: Yahoo Hive, and it was only earlier this month that the app changed its name to Yahoo Answers Now. It still seems to be in some kind of testing phase as users will need an invite code to use the app, at least for now, but we can imagine that it should open itself up to the public in the near future.
How the app works is pretty simple and straightforward: Users can post a question within the app and wait for other users to respond to it. At the same time users will be able to answer to other questions if they are so inclined. Of course the quality of the answers is not guaranteed, so it’s really up to you to judge for yourself.
In any case like we said, the app still appears to be under testing and is only available for iOS devices right now. However if you want to download the app and try your luck at requesting for an invite code, head on over to the iTunes App Store.
