As many gamers have heard by now, there are plans to launch a trilogy of remastered Crash Bandicoot titles. No specific dates were provided regarding the release, save for the fact that it would be out in 2017. However thanks to a recent leak, we may finally have a specific date in 2017 to look forward to.
According to Gametransfers, they have spotted a listing on Brazilian retailer Zillion Games’ website in which based on what they saw, Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy would be seeing a release on the 28th of February, 2017. Given that retailers are usually given advanced noticed, we wouldn’t be surprised if this information was true.
However at the same time, it is also possible that the date that was leaked could simply be a placeholder, although admittedly this is a rathe specific date to be used as a placeholder. After all the 31st of December, 2017 could also be a placeholder and it would make sense as it is still within the year of 2017, right?
In any case we guess only time will tell if this listing is accurate, so until then maybe you shouldn’t get your hopes up just yet, but do check back with us in the coming weeks/months for the details if there are any to be had.
