Yesterday during The Game Awards, Kojima Productions unveiled the second trailer for Death Stranding and boy did it look pretty good. It maintained the same trippy and mysterious nature that we saw in the first trailer, but basically at the end of the day it still did not tell us anything, although we did get to see Hannibal star Mads Mikkelsen in the trailer, which was a nice treat.

That being said, it seems that Kojima might have hidden some clues about the game inside of the trailer itself. This is according to a tweet by the man himself who revealed that he had purposely hidden some hints and misleads within the trailer, and he’s asking fans to keep rewatching it in order to find out what they are.

According to the tweet, “How did You like our new DEATH STRANDING teaser? There’re various hints(misleads) hidden so pls watch it to think as many time as you want.” We have no idea where we would even start looking, but if you are a fan of puzzles and hints and clues, then perhaps you should give the trailer a couple more watches.

That being said, Kojima has been pretty mum about what the game is about, but we do know that it will not be released anytime soon. Last we heard, it was scheduled for a release possibly before 2019, so until then it seems that Kojima plans on keeping gamers guessing.
