Over the past couple of months, there have been many rumors that Samsung is going to launch a new color option for the Galaxy S7 Edge called Black Pearl. The new color option rivals Jet Black on the iPhone 7. Samsung made the Galaxy S7 Edge Black Pearl official a couple of weeks ago and said that it would gradually be released in select markets. Samsung fans in India will be delighted to find out that the company is now offering this color option in their country.

There are no major differences between the Galaxy S7 Edge Black Pearl and all of the other color options available for this flagship ever since it was released. The color is the main differentiating factor here. It does cost a bit more than its counterparts.

The Galaxy S7 Edge Black Pearl is only available with 128GB of internal storage which is why it costs more than the normal Galaxy S7 Edge. If you absolutely want to have this handset in Black Pearl then you will need to pay extra to get the 128GB of storage that comes with it.

Customers in India can buy Galaxy S7 Edge Black Pearl from the company’s website for Rs. 56,900 which converts to roughly $840. Shipments will begin on December 30th. All customers get a one-time screen replacement for the handset and a Gear VR headset.
