Do you like fast food but don’t like lining up for it? You’re going to like what Shake Shack has done with its mobile app. The fast food chain’s app now enables you to place an order and pay for it ahead of time so that all you need to do when you walk into one of its locations across the United States is simply walk out with your prepared meal. Shake Shack joins the growing list of chains in the United States that are now allowing customers to pay ahead of time using mobile apps.

Shake Shack has actually been testing this service in Manhattan for the past few months and it’s finally rolling it out across the United States. The roll out doesn’t cover the entire country just yet as some locations, such as Atlanta, Austin, and Dallas have been left out.

The app enables customers to choose the branch where they want to pick up their meal and select the time they’ll be walking in. Orders are limited to four items per category. Payments can be made ahead of time in the app itself.

This feature is only available to users on iOS right now as Shake Shack is yet to release an app for Android. However, according to a report by Eater, Shake Shack is working on an app for Android and that it’s going to be released in the not too distant future.
