Black Friday and Cyber Monday offer great deals and discounts on a wide variety of products, including but not limited to gaming consoles. These consoles are actually some of the most sought after items during these shopping events so manufacturers almost always cut prices. With Christmas around the corner, Sony decided to offer the PlayStation 4 at the price it was being sold for on Black Friday for a limited time. Microsoft has now followed through with an Xbox One price cut of its own.

Microsoft has announced that all Xbox One and Xbox One S consoles will be $50 off at participating retailers in the United States until December 24th. Prices for the console now start at $249 – it’s exactly the same as the PlayStation 4.

For $249, interested customers can purchase an Xbox One S Battlefield 1 bundle which includes the console with 500GB hard drive and a copy of Battlefield 1 as well as one month of EA Access for free.

Similar bundles are available for a handful of other games as well. Those who want more space can shell out $299 for a bundle that features the Xbox One S with a 1TB hard drive.

Participating retailers where the Xbox One can be purchased for $50 off include Amazon, GameStop, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and the Microsoft Store.
