nintendo-switch-4The Nintendo Switch’s pricing and availability have been revealed. It is priced at $300 which makes it relatively affordable compared to the newer consoles from Sony and Microsoft, but given the Wii U wasn’t that successful, we’re sure that even at $200 or $250, some gamers would be hesitant on pulling the trigger.

The good news is that if you want to try the console before buying it, Nintendo has announced that they will be hosting a Switch hands-on tour where the console will make its way to various cities around the US and Canada. This means that you’ll get to check out the console, take it for a spin, and decide if it is worth spending the $300.

The first stop in the tour will be New York where the event will be taking place on the 15th of January at 10AM ET on the SECOND floor, 849 Avenue of the Americas. The next stop is in Toronto, Canada, on the 29th of January at 10AM ET at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Hall A, 222 Bremner Blvd, Toronto. The third stop will be at Washington D.C. on the 12th of February, but no location was announced.

Next up on the 19th of February is Chicago, followed by San Francisco on the 26th of February, and last but not least, Las Vegas on the 4th of March. The Nintendo Switch will be released on the 3rd of March and will see The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launch alongside it. In the meantime other titles like Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Skyrim just to name a few have been confirmed to be launched for the console at a later date.
