Apple’s AirPods headphones do not come cheap. Losing one earbud means having to spend $69 to replace it, and this is probably one of the downsides to the device. There is also the issue of the charging case which is also pretty small and can either be misplaced or stolen, especially if the thief knows that your AirPods are inside of it.
However the folks at Gizmodo have recently stumbled across this hilarious sticker on Etsy which for $5, will pretty much guarantee you that no thief will be interested in snatching it out of your hands. As you can see in the photo above, this is because the sticker will disguise your AirPods charging case as a packet of dental floss.
In fact it has been designed to resemble the Oral B brand, but due to obvious reasons they renamed it to Oral O, but otherwise it is close enough where if you didn’t look closely, you couldn’t be faulted for thinking that this is a packet of floss. Of course it is possible that more keen-eyed thieves won’t fall for this trick, but if you’re looking for a cheap, fun, and hilarious anti-theft “tool”, then we reckon this could be a good fit.
