You’ve probably seen a lot of rumors and reports about the new flagship smartphones that Samsung is due to release in a few weeks. Not many photos of the actual device have been leaked online yet but there have been renders and even if renders aren’t always accurate, they do give us an idea of what to expect. Some fresh renders of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus have surfaced online today.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus this year. Both are said to feature a dual-edge curved display but in 5.7 inch and 6.2 inch sizes respectively.

These renders have been leaked by @OnLeaks who has been right about unreleased devices on several occasions in the past. That doesn’t necessarily mean that everything that’s leaked by this Twitter account is going to be accurate but it’s the best there is for now.

The renders show a metal and glass design for both smartphones, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack even though it was rumored that Samsung was going to ditch it, and a fingerprint sensor that’s placed alongside the rear camera.

It also reiterates reports that the Galaxy S8 won’t have a home button or navigation keys. We can see that the power button has been moved from the right to the left and there’s an extra button which might be for the AI-powered virtual assistant believed to be called Bixby.

Take this with a pinch of salt right now since nothing has been officially confirmed. Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S8 on March 29th.
