Ever since Apple finally decided to allow third-party keyboards to be used with iOS, there have been quite a few options that have found its way into the iTunes App Store. Not too long ago, Google decided to release their own keyboard app called Gboard and if you have been using it or are looking for a reason to use it, a recent update could be of interest to you.

For starters if English isn’t your main language, you’ll be pleased to learn that Gboard has been updated with support for more languages. The keyboard will now be able to work with Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Catalan, Hungarian, Malay, Russian, Latin American Spanish and Turkish.

Secondly Google has also updated Gboard with the option for voice typing. This is pretty similar to what Apple has allowed on the default iOS keyboard where you can use your voice to compose messages, which might come in handy if you’d rather not type. All you’d have to do is hold down on the space bar and you’re good to go.

Last but not least is the addition of new emojis, so if you’re looking to spice up your conversations with more emojis then the latest update should allow you access all the emojis that are supported in iOS 10. The update is already live so head on over to the iTunes App Store if you’d like to get your hands on it.
