Google today announced that its Assistant-powered Google Home can now help you out with your shopping. If you need to stock up on coffee or pick up paper towels, Google Home is going to help you with that. Starting today, Google Home users can shop for everyday essentials via the smart speaker. It’s obviously much more than a smart speaker given that it has the power of Google Assistant.

Google Home users will be able to order products like paper towels and vitamins from participating Google Express retailers which include Whole Foods Market, Costco, Walgreens, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, and more than 50 national and local retailers.

Voice commands to start shopping via Google Home include “Ok Google, how do I shop?” or “Ok Google, order paper towels.” The company adds that through April 30th, 2017 when users shop via Google Home they don’t have to worry about any additional service or membership fees.

Setting up this feature is easy. All they need to do is open the Google Home app, navigate to “More settings,” and then scroll to “Payments.” From there they can set their default credit card and delivery address. That’s it.

Google says that it’s going to continue to add new features and enable purchases for more apps and services through Google Home.
