Google’s Pixel handsets are functional and there is a bit of debate as to whether or not the handset’s design is aesthetically pleasing. That being said, Google wants to know what you think about the Pixel’s design because presumably they will be taking that feedback and apply it to the next-gen Pixel.

In a post on Google’s Pixel User Community, Pixel Product Lead Krishna Kumar wrote, “I would like to hear your thoughts. What do you like about the design? What do you hate about it? What did we get right? What would you like to see us improve?” So far quite a few posters have commented about the Pixel’s large bezels and the fact that it isn’t waterproof.

The former makes sense since smartphone manufacturers these days seem to be focusing quite a bit on making their phones as bezel-less as possible. The latter however will be addressed as Google will apparently be making 2017’s Pixels waterproof. The reason for the lack of waterproofing last year was because of some last minute design changes that forced Google to drop the feature.

In any case if you think that maybe you know what kind of design features the next Pixel handset should have, then head on over to the Pixel User Community forums and leave your feedback for Google.
