The Nintendo Switch isn’t expected to be released in a couple of weeks, but according to NeoGAF user hiphoptherobot (via Kotaku), he was sent a unit of the Switch about two weeks earlier than expected from an unnamed stored (presumably kept unnamed to protect their identity), and he has since uploaded a video showing off the console.

The video unfortunately does not show any of the games in action, presumably because the games haven’t been released yet. However it does show us what the upcoming Switch’s UI will look like, and what the setup process involves. As Kotaku notes, it’s interesting that this is how we are seeing the Switch’s UI instead of Nintendo officially presenting it during their Switch presentation earlier this year.

So far it looks pretty slick and easy to use. There appears to be white and black themes that users can choose, TV settings, resolution, and more. So far everything looks pretty good and we have to say that we’re pretty excited to get our hands on the console. The Switch will be officially launched on the 3rd of March, 2017 with a couple of games available at launch, one of which is the highly-anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
