Next week at MWC 2017, LG is expected to announce the LG G6 and one of the features that LG had previously teased for the handset was waterproofing. While we can’t confirm if the handset does sport that feature, a recent teaser video uploaded by LG has more or less confirmed our speculations.

As you can see in the video above, titled “LG G6: Pool”, we guess it’s pretty obvious at what LG is hinting at. So far the company has been pretty open about the LG G6 and what kind of features it will be packing. Recently they even teased the UI of the phone, and also boasting about its new wide-angle camera as well.

We guess if they were to reveal the information themselves they would beat the leaksters to it, plus put an end to any false speculation that might be floating out there. In any case LG will be officially taking the wraps off the LG G6 at MWC 2017 which is taking place next week, so we probably won’t have to wait too long to find out the official details.

There is one aspect that we are curious and that is its chipset. While the Snapdragon 835 is Qualcomm’s latest offering, many have speculated that the LG G6 might actually use the Snapdragon 821, but either check back with us next week for more information.
