If for whatever reason you did not pre-order the Nintendo Switch, maybe you’re waiting for reviews or maybe you’re still in the fence, know that should you change your mind, Walmart has announced that they will be accepting walk-in customers who are interested in picking up the console on launch day even if they have not pre-order a unit.

The company has confirmed to Polygon that they will have stock available for those customers. According to Walmart, “Starting at 12:01 a.m. (local time) on Friday, March 3, the Nintendo Switch will be available at Walmart Supercenters across the country for $299. Walmart will have the system available in gray, red and blue colors.”

Walmart isn’t the only company that will be accepting walk-ins as other retailers such as Best Buy and GameStop are doing the same too. However we guess just to be safe and if you want to avoid making a trip and getting disappointed, Walmart has advised customers to phone ahead to their local stores to ensure that there are units available before they arrive.

The Nintendo Switch is currently set for a release on the 3rd of March where there will be a handful of games available at launch, the most notable of the lot being The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
