The NVIDIA Shield TV is one of the best devices on the market for those who want to buy one for Android gaming. While the original Lara Croft: Tomb Raider game has been available for Android-powered mobile devices for quite some time now, fans of the franchise will be delighted to find out that the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot has now been released for the NVIDIA Shield TV with native support for the device.

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider was rebooted in 2013 and back then it was released for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The game eventually made its way to NVIDIA’s GeForce Now game streaming service which enabled Shield owners to play the game as it was meant to be played.

However, NVIDIA has kicked things up a notch by bringing this game in its native form to Android. This enables Shield TV users to play this game off their device instead of waiting for a good internet connection to stream the title. Since this is a full port it’s not a cut-down version of the game even though the resolution is limited to 720p.

The 2013 Tomb Raider reboot requires more than 5.5GB of free storage so make sure you have that much available in your Shield TV before you go ahead and download this game. It’s now available for download via the Google Play Store for $14.99.
