Halo Wars 2 was finally released for Xbox One and Windows 10 a few weeks back. Now that the game is out, Microsoft wants to provide those who are on the fence about buying this game the opportunity to try it out before they actually spend their money on it. It recently launched a beta version for the Xbox One and now the Halo Wars 2 Windows 10 demo has been released.

The demo was initially released just for the Xbox One but it’s now live for anyone on a Windows 10 PC. Players will get access to the first mission called The Signal aside from the Blitz Firefight with pre-built decks from Captain Cutter and Atriox.

The demo will provide players with a great opportunity to test their skills and experience the gameplay of this new title. Those who want to take this demo for a spin can head over to the Windows Store right now and sign in with their Microsoft account.

Bear in mind that the demo needs about 16GB of storage but they do get additional features as compared to the console version, such as the ability to assign more control groups and support for up to 4K resolution.

Halo Wars 2 is now available for purchase as well and since it’s an Xbox Play Anywhere title, it offers more value for money to those who buy it.
