LG unveiled its new flagship smartphone at the Mobile World Congress 2017 last month and now those who want to pick one up are waiting for the LG G6 to be released. The initial LG G6 reviews have been good so there’s an expectation that the handset is going to receive a good response from the market. A new report brings us what’s claimed to be the LG G6 release date for USA. It’s similar to what has already been rumored before.

The infamous Twitter leakster @evleaks has shared an official LG G6 press render with the “Friday, April 07” date on the display. This is how release dates for upcoming smartphones are often confirmed by manufacturers and @evleaks reiterates in his tweet that the LG G6 release date for USA is indeed April 7th.

As previously mentioned, we’ve heard about this date before. A couple of weeks ago a picture appeared online which apparently revealed when T-Mobile was going to release this handset. Sure enough, the date mentioned in that picture was April 7th.

So mark your calendars for April 7th if you’ve been meaning to pick up the LG G6 even though no confirmation has come in yet from LG or any of the major carriers who are going to sell this device. It may not be long before they make an official announcement, though.
