The latest installment in the Mass Effect franchise has been released and so far reviews have been mostly positive, save for some quibbles regarding the animation of the characters in the game. However for the most part, it seems that BioWare has launched yet another successful Mass Effect game.
Now if you’re a fan of the franchise or of Andromeda (the latest title), then you might be interested to learn that Sony has announced a limited edition PS4 Pro themed around the game. As you can see in the image above, this is the PS4 Pro that has been given a new skin along with a new design of the controllers to be more in line with Mass Effect: Andromeda.
The bad news is that you can’t buy it because according to the post on NeoGAF, it seems that this console can only be won if you’re living either in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland where Sony is holding a contest for it. We’re not sure how many units will be up for grabs but safe to say that this will be limited in nature, so if you are from those countries why not give it a chance?
No word on whether Sony plans on launching a similar contest stateside or in other countries, but for now those of us living in the US will be out of luck, or maybe not since many user comments in the forums don’t seem to be too thrilled with its design.
