Depending on where you purchase your products, different countries have different rules regarding refunds and returns, and then it also boils down to the company and what their policies are. However in an attempt to possibly try and attract more customers, it seems that Samsung could be considering a no-questions-asked refund with the Galaxy S8.

We know that some customers might have some reservations following the Note 7’s debacle, which is why a report from The Investor out of Korea is quoting Chosun Biz in which it seems that Samsung is planning an aggressive marketing strategy for the Galaxy S8, one of which involves allowing for unconditional refunds for purchases up to three months.

Now exactly how many people plan on taking advantage of that refund remains to be seen, but assuming the Galaxy S8’s specs, features, and design are in line with the rumors, Samsung definitely has another killer handset on their hands. However we suppose the unconditional refund offer could be to just let customers have that peace of mind knowing that if and when they want to, they have up to 3 months to decide.

We expect the official details to be shared at Samsung’s unveiling of the handset which is set for the 29th of March, so remember to check back with us then if you’d like to find out more.
