A couple of years ago, V-Moda launched a pair of wireless Crossfade headphones. However if you reckon that maybe it was time that the company revisit their Crossfade lineup, you’ll be pleased to learn that V-Moda has since announced the Crossfade 2 wireless pair of headphones.

Given that there are some who believe that the 3.5mm headphone jack is headed the way of the dinosaur, we guess it’s fine if you want to start looking for some wireless headphones for when that day comes, or if that day has already come if you’re using such a device. According to V-Moda, they have redesigned the Crossfade 2 in terms of comfort where the cushions and headbands have been designed to be more comfortable than its predecessors.

Under the hood, there are also some changes where they have been upgraded to dual-diaphragm 50mm drivers, and we’re also looking at an improved battery where according to V-Moda, they have been designed to last over 14 hours. As for pricing, these headphones do not come cheap as they are priced at $330 for the matte black or matte white version.

There is also a rose gold model too but that will be priced slightly higher at $350. If you’d like to learn more or place an order, head on over to V-Moda’s website where the new headphones are expected to begin shipping in the next few days.
