In the next 58 years or so, quite a few of us might be dead, some of us might be really old,  and some of us could be hitting the retirement age. However if there is one thing that could still be standing in 2075, it could be Apple. This is according to Apple’s co-founder Steve Wozniak who believes that Apple will still be around by that time.

According to Wozniak, he was quoted as saying, “Apple will be around a long time, like IBM (which was founded in 1911). Look at Apple’s cash ($246.1 billion, as of the end of its last fiscal quarter). It can invest in anything. It would be ridiculous to not expect them to be around (in 2075). The same goes for Google and Facebook.”

Of course whether or not Apple will be the same company that it is today remains to be seen. After all we’ve seen many brands rise and fall and reinvent themselves over the years, like how Nokia started out as a being a paper mill, or how Nintendo began as a card company which evolved itself into a gaming company that is beloved by millions of gamers around the world, old and young.

However let’s not forget that there have also been many companies that were huge at one point in time, only to eventually fade away into obscurity. It’s already hard to predict how Apple will fare in the next 10 years, let alone the next 58 years, but what do you guys think? Are companies like Apple, Google, and Facebook still be around come 2075?
