Asus unveiled a handful of new smartphones back at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 in January. The ZenFone 3 Zoom is one of those smartphones. It has already been released in several markets across the globe. The company had said that it would be released in the United States eventually and that time has now come. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom pre-orders are live now, customers in the United States can place one if they want to purchase this device.

Asus actually decided to delay the North American version of this handset to the second quarter of this year because it wanted to improve the specifications. The improvements would have resulted in more RAM and storage for the device.

However, it changed its mind about doing that later. No wonder Asus apologized last month about the ZenFone 3 Zoom drama and confirmed that it will come with the same specs.

The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom that can now be pre-ordered in the United States features a 5.5 inch full HD display, a 2 GHz Snapdragon 625 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage and a dual camera system on the back. It even has a massive 5,000mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Those who are interested in picking one up can head over to B&H right now in order to place a pre-order for the ZenFone 3 Zoom. It has been priced at $329.
