With E3 2017 just around the corner, gaming fans have a lot to look forward to. Microsoft will be making an appearance at the gaming convention where it’s going to make some announcements. If a new report is to be believed, the company might even announce a “major unannounced AAA” title that it has secured the marketing rights to.

Well regarded industry insider Shinobi602 has tweeted that there’s a major unannounced AAA title that Microsoft has the marketing rights to. “Not bad Xbox. Bring on E3,” he tweeted. This source has been pretty accurate with leaks in the past so there’s reason to believe that there might be something behind this.

There’s speculation floating around online that the marketing deal might be related to the rumored Assassin’s Creed title that’s presumably going to be called Assassin’s Creed Origins. There’s no concrete evidence to support this theory so far but that’s what most people believe that this marketing deal is about.

It goes without saying that since nothing has been officially confirmed at this point in time, all rumored information must be taken with a grain of salt until we have more to go on. E3 2017 is going to take place next month so it’s not going to be long before the truth is revealed.
