When the Nintendo Wii U was first launched, Ubisoft was one of the companies that supported the console at launch with the launch of ZombiU, a game that took advantage of the Wii U’s GamePad. Now if you’re looking forward to playing more Ubisoft games on Nintendo platforms, you’ll be pleased to learn that the company is developing titles for the Nintendo Switch.

In a tweet by Daniel Ahmad, he quotes Ubisoft’s recent financial results in which the company revealed that they are working on new titles for the Switch, one of which has yet to be announced. Now we know that Ubisoft is working on games for the Switch, such as Rayman Legends and Monopoly, but we are curious as to what this particular title might be.

According to Nintendo Everything, one rumored title from Ubisoft is said to be Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle which is something that sounds rather interesting, where it is a two-player local co-op game which features several recognizable Nintendo characters. We’re not sure when Ubisoft plans on revealing what this particular title will be, but E3 sounds like a pretty good platform to do so.

Nintendo will not be hosting a press conference at E3 this year. Instead the company will be doing their own presentation which presumably will be either Nintendo Direct or Treehouse, and hopefully we will learn more about Ubisoft’s upcoming title for the Switch.
