By now many players have already completed The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Judging by the videos on YouTube, it also looks like not only have players completed the game, but they have also completed speedruns and have also come up with new and interesting ways of defeating the game’s bosses.

If you are one of those players and you’re hankering for some new content, you’ll be pleased to learn that Nintendo has published details of the game’s upcoming and first DLC. According to Nintendo, there will be several new features, one of which is the Trial of Sword which allows players to unlock the “true” power of the Master Sword by defeating waves of enemies.

There is also the Hero’s Path mode which is a new map feature. This lets players see where they’ve walked from the last 200 hours of gameplay. This will allow players to explore more areas that they haven’t already, and maybe visit a shrine or two that they might have missed. There will also be the introduction of Hard Mode, a new Travel Medallion, more armor options, and also a new Korok Mask.

The DLC is expected to be released this summer so do keep an eye out for it if this sounds like something you might be interested in.
