For owners of the AIAIAI TMA-2 headphones who are looking for a better microphone attachment, perhaps for gaming purposes, you’ll be pleased to learn that the company has announced the launch of the C51 Boom Mic which gives users a microphone attachment for the headset.

If you’re unfamiliar with the TMA-2, these are headphones launched by the company back in 2015. AIAIAI is a pretty familiar name in the DJ and headphone industry and what makes the TMA-2 different is that it is a modular system. This means that users can mix and match their headphone components, such as drivers, earcup size/material, headbands, and more to create something that is truly unique to their preference.

With the C51 Boom Mic, AIAIAI is now giving headphone owners the option of adding this attachment to their headset. Compared to regular in-line microphones, the C51 is a microphone that is positioned closer to the user’s mouth. It is also a noise cancelling condenser microphone so it should offer up better audio quality compared to more conventional in-line microphones.

Of course this is dependent on users having the TMA-2 headphones in the first place, but if you do and wouldn’t mind getting this accessory, then head on over to AIAIAI’s website for the details.
