If you’re a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then there’s a good chance you know that Marvel has several movies in the works, some of which are based on characters and franchises that aren’t quite as mainstream to non-comic book readers. One of those is Black Panther who made his debut in Captain America: Civil War.

Earlier this year we reported that filming had already begun on the Black Panther movie and for those who have been eagerly anticipating more footage, you’ll be pleased to learn that Marvel has since released the teaser trailer for the upcoming film. Despite being called a teaser, this trailer actually reveals quite a bit of the movie and we can’t wait for the full trailer to drop.

According to the synopsis of the movie that was previously released, “Black Panther follows T’Challa who, after the events of Captain America: Civil War, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as King.” It will see the return of Chadwick Boseman who will be reprising his role as T’Challa a.k.a Black Panther.

It will also star Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, and more. The movie is currently set for a release on the 16th of February, 2018 which means that there’s still quite a bit of waiting left to be done.
