There’s a lot of anticipation surrounding the latest addition to the long-running Call of Duty franchise. Activision confirmed that the next title is going to be called Call of Duty: WW2 and that it’s going to be based on the events of the second world war. It has finally released the Call of Duty: WW2 multiplayer reveal trailer at E3 2017 so that fans can see what sort of a multiplayer experience this title is going to offer.

Activision released the Call of Duty: WW2 multiplayer reveal trailer during Sony’s E3 2017 press conference. It shows a return to form for the Call of Duty franchise and many fans will argue that this has been much required.

The trailer makes it evident that this isn’t like the Call of Duty games that have been released over the past couple of years. It’s a historical shooter in its own right and seeing the success that EA has reaped with Battlefield 1, it may be very well received as well.

A major change to the multiplayer experience is that instead of creating a class, players will be able to create divisions. This will provide a more realistic experience where the division will be a specialist that has its own set of skills and weapons.

Call of Duty: WW2 is due for release on November 3rd.
