Much has been said about the refurbished Galaxy Note 7. Samsung confirmed a few months back that it was going to release a refurbished variant of its ill-fated flagship smartphone in select markets. The company is yet to confirm all of the markets in which this handset will be sold, the moniker that will be attached to it and its price tag. A new report brings us what might possibly be the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 price.

It’s unclear what Samsung plans on calling this device officially. Names that have floated online include the Galaxy Note 7R and Galaxy Note FE, where the FE stands for Fan Edition.

If a listing on an online retailer in South Korea is believed, this device will be called the Galaxy Note FE and that it’s going to have a price tag of 699,600 KRW which is equal to $625. South Korea’s major carriers SKT, KT, and LG U+ will reportedly sell this device.

The listing also mentions the full specifications of the Galaxy Note FE. It features a 5.7 inch Quad HD display, an Exynos 8890 processor with 4GB RAM, 64GB of storage with microSD card support, 12 megapixel rear and 5 megapixel front camera, and more.

The specifications will more or less be similar to the original Galaxy Note 7 save for the fact that it’s going to have a smaller battery. The Galaxy Note FE is expected to come with a 3,200mAh battery.

It will be powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow and who knows when it might receive the update to Nougat. Samsung is yet to confirm when it’s going to officially launch the refurbished Galaxy Note 7.
