We have seen a lot of rumors and reports about the Asus ZenFone 4 recently and now the company has finally confirmed when it’s going to unveil this handset. Hopefully, it won’t make its fans wait for as long as it did with the ZenFone 3. The company today confirmed when it’s going to formally announce the ZenFone 4. It’s going to reveal detailed information about the handset at its launch event next month.

Asus has already launched a variant of the ZenFone 4. It’s called the ZenFone 4 Max and it’s only available in Russia so far. It’s likely that the company might announce a more powerful variant of the new handset that will be launched globally.

The promotional material that Asus has released so far to drum up hype for the launch event suggests that the ZenFone 4 is going to feature a dual camera on the back. That just might end up being one of the biggest selling points of this device.

The launch event for the Asus ZenFone 4 is going to take place in Pasay, the Philippines on August 19th. We’ll have to wait until then to receive detailed information from the company about this device. Asus will most likely confirm pricing and availability details for the ZenFone 4 on August 19th.
