The James Bond movie franchise is one of the longest running movie franchises, and without fail every couple of years we are treated to a new James Bond flick. Now if you are a fan of the franchise and are looking forward to the next film, you might be interested to learn that Eon Productions and MGM have since confirmed the film’s release date.

The upcoming James Bond film will be the 25th film in the franchise and is currently set for a release on the 8th of November, 2019. We know that’s still quite a long time to go, but we guess at least we have a release date to look forward to. The movie will be written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, both of whom worked on previous James Bond titles like Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, and Spectre.

At the moment there is no title for the movie, but we expect that it will be revealed in the next few months or maybe even next year. There is also no word on casting yet as previously Daniel Craig, who played James Bond in the last few movies, expressed that he was no longer interested in the role, although recent reports have suggested that there is a chance he could still come back for one last movie.

Adele is also rumored to be making a comeback to sing for the movie’s soundtrack, which she also did for Skyfall. In any case we guess we’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for the franchise, so check back with us at a later date for the details.
