There are still a couple of months before school starts again. Many students will be looking to upgrade their tech before they head off to school again. No wonder we’re seeing computer companies come out with their own promotions to capture new customers. While Apple isn’t offering significant discounts on its products which tend to be quite sought after, the company is offering a pair of free Beats headphones.

Apple has confirmed that students who purchase a new MacBook or iPad Pro from the company directly will be able to choose a free Beats headphone. Students can take advantage of Apple education pricing to save some money on the products they purchase.

The company is going to offer a choice of Beats Solo3 Wireless, BeatsX, or Powerbeats 3 headphones to customers who are eligible for this promotion. All they have to do is purchase a new MacBook or iPad Pro from the company.

As previously mentioned, the company isn’t offering a lot of discount on the products themselves. Customers can expect to save around $50 on the MacBook and $20 on the iPad Pro.

Nevertheless, since Beats headphones tend to cost a couple of hundred dollars, they’ll be getting a pretty good deal all things considered.
