If The Sims is a franchise that you’ve enjoyed playing, then you might be pleased to learn that Microsoft has announced that The Sims 4 will be arriving for the Xbox One this November. Originally discovered by TrueAchievements, The Sims 4 is not a new title and was actually released for PC and Mac back in 2014.

However if you’ve never played it and you wouldn’t mind taking the game for a spin on your console, then you’ll want to mark the 17th of November down on your calendars because that is when the game will be released. Gamers who pre-order the game will be given The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff which includes hot tubs, additional fashion items, and bonus decor.

There is also a Deluxe Party Edition that will offer gamers early access along with extra content. Unfortunately there is no word on pricing yet. According to Microsoft, “Enjoy the power to create and control people in a virtual world where there are no rules. Express your creativity as you customise your Sims’ distinct appearances and unique personalities. Choose their fashions, select their hairstyles, and give them life aspirations.”

In the meantime if you’re learning about the game for the first time, you can check out the video above which is the original launch trailer for the game back in 2014. We expect that for the most part it should be a pretty accurate representation of the Xbox One version as well.
