Last week Twitch announced that they would be launching a brand new mobile app, and for those who have been looking forward to all the new features and improvements that Twitch had previously announced, you’ll be pleased to learn that the new mobile app is finally available for download.

In an announcement on Twitch’s blog, “We’re bringing all the great features you have on the web to mobile, and making the entire experience slick and intuitive. We’ve also been listening to you, so you’ll see your most requested features coming to mobile today (Dark Mode, anyone?). You will need to log in the first time you open the app, giving you access to all these amazing new features.”

Note that Twitch always had a mobile app, but its user interface wasn’t quite as sleek or as intuitive compared to its web version, especially for streamers who are looking to broadcast on mobile, which is one of the changes and improvements that Twitch made to its new mobile app. There are also a bunch of new features like a Dark Mode, new navigation bars, content that has been tailored to your liking, and more.

The app should be available via the iTunes App Store or Google Play so go ahead and check it out if you haven’t already updated it.
